With Twitter's 'Search People' functionality down for weeks, an alternative has been to add people through your friends' Following list. This morning, some users are experiencing a Follow issue there as well; when they click on a person others are following, they see this:
If I get this right, Twitter is all about creating networks through the function of following. So if no search-to-follow, and no following through who others are following...what's exactly left?
